Persian Potato Salad

500g cooked chicken breast
500g cooked potatos
3 medium cooked carrots
1 small onion
1 cup cooked sweet peas
1-2 pickled cucumbers
1/2 cup parsley or cilantro
2-3 tbs heavy cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs vinegar or lemon juice
4-5 radish
7-8 black olives
2 tbs olive oil
Salt
