Black Bean Burgers


2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1 onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup quick oats
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Buns (we did not use vegan buns, but you can!)
