Homemade Oreos

Cookie:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup white sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour
1¼ cups dark chocolate/special dark cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda

Cream Filling:

½ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
