Homemade Lumpia


1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 Carrot
1 lb Ground Meat
1 can Water chestnuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Green Onion
2 tbsp Cilantro
25 Lumpia Wrapper

300 F Canola Oil for deep frying
Sweet Chili sauce for dipping
