1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 frozen banana 1/2 an inch ginger, peeled 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp vanilla extract

Crispy Garlic, Herb & Parmesan Chickpeas

1 can chickpeas, drained and dried 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic, crushed ½ tsp dried oregano 2 tbsp parmesan, grated salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400F
